Privacy notice
Plain language, no dark patterns. This describes exactly what happens to information you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we store the details you provide: name, work email, company, country, optional website and role, company size, your description of the process, the options you select, and your consent. We also record basic attribution data — referring URL, landing page, campaign parameters if present, and browser user agent — so we understand which of our pages are useful.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we are an appropriate build partner. We do not add enquiry contacts to a newsletter, an outbound sequence or any marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
Analytics
We use first-party event tracking to count page views, form starts and form completions. Events record page path and non-identifying interaction metadata. We do not build cross-site advertising profiles.
Where it is stored
Enquiry records are held in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level access control. Only authorised Cyclotron personnel with an explicitly granted administrator role can read them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact, after which they are deleted unless a contract is in place that requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
